ENDANGERED SPECIES

 This is Aurifil’s Endangered Species Thread builder Series.

 The Endangered Species Thread Builder program will result in a beautiful collection of 36 threads in a beautiful colour spectrum.

In A Nutshell:

It is a 12 month series of glorious threads, a great pattern, fun and fabric.
Paid monthly via subscription.

Each month you will receive:

• A specially packaged set containing 3 large spools of Aurifil’s superb 40wt cotton thread
• A specially designed foundation paper pieced pattern for one of the featured animals
• And an optional add-in of 3 fabric fat quarters to help achieve your project and build your fabric stash, as well as your thread stash!

How It Works:

• Your collection will be delivered in the beginning of each month*   
• Your endangered animal pattern will be emailed to you each month
• You will have access to a creative community with tips and hints

Never foundation pieced before?  Don’t worry, We will provide great resources for you to accomplish this in an easy and fun manner!

At the end you will have an awesome thread collection, a spectacular quilt (or 12 awesome blocks that you can turn into whatever your heart desires! ) and if you choose the optional fabric builder, you will have a new fabric stash, as well!

The Good Stuff:

Aurifil have drawn color inspiration from 12 magnificent animals, currently in dire need of attention, advocacy, and compassion, and are dedicated to highlighting their stories, helping to educate on their struggles, and working to create valuable change via awareness and fundraising. The patterns have been specially designed by by Cassandra Beaver

To help achieve these goals, Auriful is collaborating with Earth League International and are looking forward to a strong and effective partnership.

Each set contains three large spools of our supple and strong 40wt thread — the preferred weight for sewers and quilters - in a warm, a medium, and a dark, packaged in one small wonderfully branded Aurifil box.

To honor these magnificent creatures, Aurifil partnered with Aurifilosopher Cassandra Beaver to offer a series of custom-designed Foundation Paper Pieced patterns.
Every month throughout this year, we’ll feature one animal, highlight the month’s color box + patterns, and share educational content, tips+ tricks for working through your own Endangered Species projects. Create and be inspired in a special 2 Sew Textiles Facebook group.
