Shipping policy

Digital products are available for immediate download via a link and require no shipping.

Physical products are sent from Australia, usually within 3 -5 days and are sent tracked where applicable.   Expected delivery for 5-15  business days

Products that are printed 'especially for you' will ship directly from the manufacturer  located in Germany and the USA or Australia, whichever is closest to you.
International printed for you panels will be sent free of charge.

Shipping is calculated at checkout

Shipping overages will be refunded or you will be offered extra product.

Taxes on International purchases will not be collected, with the exception of US tariffs.

GST is included for National purchases.

Digital .pdf Patterns can be printed and shipped upon request from Australia.

We ship internationally and Nationally and try and keep our shipping rates low.
