Art Quilt Supplies is a Brisbane-based online shop bringing you premium quilting fabric, unique patterns, and textile art products you won’t find anywhere else. We connect makers with hard-to-source supplies, curated tools, and designs from talented artists such as Lessa Siegele, Kathryn Harmer, and Sue Duffy.

Founded by textile artist Brenda Wood, our mission is to inspire creativity and make specialist products accessible. From our #WorkshopInABox series to the #RainbowStash challenges, we celebrate colour, innovation, and collaboration—helping artists of all levels grow in confidence and skill.

Great Designs by Great Designers

At Art Quilt Supplies, we celebrate the Creator Maker community by bringing you premium quilting fabric, inspiring quilt patterns, and unique textile art products that you won’t find anywhere else.

Since 2014, we’ve been passionate about showcasing Great Designs by Great Designers. Many of the patterns and artist products we stock come from talented makers such as Lessa Siegele, Kathryn Harmer, and Sue Duffy—artists whose work often has little or no other online presence.

In 2021, we launched #WorkshopInABox, a groundbreaking textile art technique series. Each month featured a new tutor, a fresh technique, and a curated box of supplies. The workshops connected artists from Australia, the UK, South Africa, and beyond, creating a vibrant community of makers. The program ran through 2022 and left a lasting impact—many participants still share how their confidence and art quilt skills grew, and their resulting works were nothing short of amazing. By 2023, 2 Sew Textiles evolved into Art Quilt Supplies, expanding into a Brisbane-based online shop for fabric and fibre art products. That same year, we launched the #RainbowStash series, a mix of subscription boxes, technique workshops, and monthly colour challenges—further inspiring textile artists to explore, experiment, and grow.

Our mission is simple: to encourage the artist in everyone and make hard-to-source products readily available. Every item we stock is something I personally know + love + trust, and every sale directly supports our designers and tutors. It’s more than a business—it’s a collaboration.

I’m Brenda Wood, a textile artist with a passion for colour, fabric, and creative play. I’m here to support your journey, share the products I believe in, and connect you with the tools and designs that will spark your next masterpiece.
